NGS-info offers several R Shiny web applications to visualize and summarize different expression datasets. These shiny apps visualize parts of the work of the NGS-Info and can be used as a support for analysis and experiments.
Data from several working groups have already been sequenced and analyzed. An overview of the individual projects is presented here.
